Otherwise Snowman is other 8-ball lady that mattered as killing her is required for the creation of the green sun AND the thing that lets LE enter the troll universe/human universe to begin with. It's unknown if Jack damaging the clock was responsible in making sure she didn't revive or not, but if it did that is pretty instrumental since that Vriska is the one who guides John to the Juju. Likewise Felt manor is where Snowman and Vriska's god tier clock were. He was originally summoned inside scratch's flat (and many of the felt seem to come there on a regular basis, probably summoned by scratch) on the alternian moon so all he had to do was travel back to after spades founds the city with the felt. Presumably he saw the city on alternias moon founded by spades slick as the perfect place to run his mob gang. LE then builds his gangster empire years after act 7 using his time powers to go to doc scratch pre-explodey moment for help in running the felt. Then doc scratch explodes into lord English at the half way mark of the story. The puppet then gets teleported into paradox space, where because of time/juju shenanigans it meant LE was inside lil cal for his entire existence (jujus can't be created/destroyed), which meant via EVEN MORE SHENANIGANS (explained in reader: mental breakdown) lil cal got turned into doc scratch. When caliborn gets sucked into the puppet, he BECOMES Lord English along with gamzee and Arquius.
